About Gekko

Hi! I joined the Renderfarm.fi crew in the spring 2010 as part of my polytechnic internship and continued after it was over. My responsibilities at Renderfarm.fi are managing the arriving sessions, creating the Blender builds, coding the uploader, tweaking the server and doing a bit of everything related to keeping the service up and running. I'm a general geek who you can often meet at various demoscene events. I'm mostly interested in graphics and graphics programming, and I occasionally spend my free time for computer graphics creation. I'm currently in University of Turku Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and I'm studying information and communication technology with a touch of electronical engineering for a master's degree.
