Problem Downloading from CATS

I'm having trouble downloading from cats. One of my sessions downloaded fine and completely but the other only dowloads 430 frames of 1012 frames and then refuses to download any more. My client also tried to download the session from his computer and got the same results, so this must be a problem on the server end.
Please let me know what can be done.
This is fixed now. A problem at our end.
