Session not submited.
Hello,
In friday night i send 3 files to render farm and at this time i've just:
Orion vehicles
Orion Factory Lifts
Orion travel in tube
These sessions were automatically rejected by our parser whch goes through the .blend file. The reason given is: "this type of image (15) isn't taken into consideration". Maybe you have some texture in the .blend that is corrupt? Did you use some more rare texture formats?
No, i've no added textures since my last ( and valid ) uploads but one of them was lost ( I dont know why ). I just replace it and try a new submission for one of the 3 files.
May be an error message for this case would be useful ?
The parser is something which I'd like to re-think entirely myself. I'll see what Janus thinks about this.
May be the add-on can do that with a call to the fonction wich check the missing files ?
Still not work, no error in info window or terminal but the submission message is again notified as "updated". The problem dont come from the missing texture, all textures are in .tga or .jpg and are the same as my precedent upload.
I can't see where is the problem. Since my last valid uploads i just do this change:
Divide in 3 scenes ( In the same file ) but the rejected upload use only the main scene without link to other.
Increase the resolution of the curves to 48
Add some little meshhes and few armatures.
Nothing else.
For some reason I cannot find the .blend file on the server. Could you send it to me via mediafire or something along those lines?
Yes, il' send you the url in private message.
Cannot figure out this on my own. Sending mail to Janus and asking if he has any ideas. Something in the images prevents this file from going through the parser.
May be make some files where each contains only one group of objects and try to upload to see if one of them make crash could be helpfull for isolate the problem ? I remember the first crash encountered was a bad geometry mesh.
On the new uplaod the landscape had drasticaly decimate ( remove 75% of faces ) , did this operation broke the géometry ?

Well that's odd. Maybe the file upload failed again? I'll go look into some server logs.
