Some flickers in the animation

Does anybody have any idea where the flickers (frames not in sync) in the video might come from?

Do you mean a video compression issue, or the .blend file?

It looks like an issue inside blender. Frame 47 and 48 render differently.

I tried to render locally (Linux v2.55 32 & 64-bit), and got a result like frame 48 (even for frame 47).

It is an OS issue?
